Reliable monitoring begins with a stable network connection. Use the resources below to connect your Envoy or IQ Gateway to Wi‑Fi.
These resources cover both IQ Gateway (Combiner box) and Envoy‑S models.
Enlighten Monitoring App
Once the Envoy is online, the Enlighten app allows you to view system production, device status, and energy history.
You’ll receive your login details once we’ve fully completed the setup of your monitoring account.
To complete your monitoring activation, send the following to help@gigawattinc.com:
- Serial Number of your IQ Combiner / IQ Gateway
- Microinverter Array Map (full layout with stickers applied)
This information links your hardware to your Enlighten account, ensuring accurate device reporting.
